해외 미얀마 여행, 드론 가져갈까 말까?? 간단 규정 설명!

간단하게 미얀마 드론 규정에 대해서 설명해드릴 테니 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다!

 

THERE DON’T SEEM TO BE ANY OFFICIAL DRONE LAWS IN MYANMAR

We haven’t found any official drone laws for Myanmar in our research. The countries drone laws are unclear which has led to confusion for many who are looking to operate their drone.

Based on a New York Times article, here is what we were able to find:

• According to some travelers, even when they had prior permission to bring their drone with them it was confiscated.
• Importing a drone into the country could result in jail time.
• Drones are prohibited over many parts of the capital and Yangon (Myanmar’s largest city).
• Drones are prohibited around the Palace in Mandalay.
• Drones are prohibited near airports.
• Drones are prohibited from operating over gatherings of people.
• Drones are prohibited from operating over private property without prior permission.

0 일부 여행자에 따르면, 무인 항공기를 가지고 다닐 수 있는 사전 허가를 받았다고 해도, 압수당할 수 있다.

0 드론을 수입하면 감옥에 갈 수 있습니다.

0 드론은 수도의ㅔ 많은 부분과 양곤(미얀마의 가장 큰 도시)에서 금지되어 있습니다.

0 만달레이의 궁전 주변에서는 드론 비행이 금지되어 있습니다.

0 공항 근처에서는 드론 비행이 금지되어 있습니다.

0 드론은 사람들을 모으는 것을 금지합니다.

0 드론은 사전 허가없이 사유 재산을 조작할 수 없습니다.

 

Although it looks like drone operations may be legal in some areas, we don’t recommend assuming that you can travel to Myanmar and fly your drone.

The confusion over official drone laws doesn’t necessarily mean you can fly wherever or however you like in Myanmar—in fact, it could mean that authorities will be generally opposed to the use of drones, especially by tourists.

The same cautionary note applies to bringing a drone through customs. Sometimes, when a country has no drone-specific laws, some customs officials choose to confiscate drones and some choose not to—but it’s almost impossible to know what you’ll run into until you’re actually there with your drone.

For countries that do not have drone/ sUAS regulations, it’s typically the country’s national or civil aviation authority that sets and enforces those regulations. At a minimum, a good rule of thumb for flying in Myanmar would be to follow these rules for flying your drone (these rules are taken from the U.S.’s Federal Aviation Administration’s rules for flying a drone):

• Avoid flying within five miles of an airport
• Keep the drone within visual line-of-sight
• Fly at or below 400 feet
• Fly during daylight or civil twilight
• Fly at or under 100 mph
• Yield right of way to manned aircraft
• Do not fly directly over people
• Do not fly from a moving vehicle, unless in a sparsely populated area

 

- 일부 지역에서는 드론 운영이 합법적인 것처럼 보이지만 미얀마로 여행하여,

드론을 비행할 수 있다고 가정하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

 

공식 드론 법에 대한 혼동이 반드시 미얀마 어디에서든 원하는 곳으로 비행할 수 있다는 것을 의미하지 않습니다.

사실, 당국이 일반적으로 특히 관광객의 드론 사용에 반대한다는 것을 알 수 있습니다.

 

관습을 통해 드론을 가져오는 경우에도 동일한 주의 사항이 적용되는데,

국가에 무인 항공기 관련 법규가 없는 경우, 일부 세관 공무원이 무인 항공기를 압수하기로 선택하고,

일부는 무인 항공기를 압수하기로 선택하지만,

실제로는 무인 항공기를 이용할 때까지 어떤 일이 발생할지 알기가 거의 불가능합니다.

 

드론/sSUA 규정이 없는 국가의 경우 일반적으로 해당 규정을 설정하고 시행하는 것이 국가의 또는 민간 항공 당국입니다.

문제가 발생하지 않거나 무인 항공기를 치우려면 미얀마 민간 항공국에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

미얀마에서는 비행하는 데 있어 최소한의 경험적 규칙은 드론 비행에 대한 다음 규칙을 따르는 것입니다.

 

0 공항에서 5마일 이내에 비행하지 마십시오.

0 드론을 시선 내에 유지

0 400피트 이항에서 비행

0 일광 또는 민간 황혼 동안 비행

0 100 mph 이하로 비행

0 사람 위로 직접 비행하지 마십시오.

0 인구 밀집 지역이 아닌 한 움직이는 차량에서 비행하지 마십시오.
